RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Delinquent, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. We offer our customers the option to return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order. We cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges, making it easy for you to shop with us. Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached.
The item must be in the original packaging and folded neatly in the original clear garment bag.
You will need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that returns or exchanges without proper documentation, packaging, and/or materials cannot be accommodated. We do not accept any worn or damaged products as returns.
Certain products are non-returnable including, but not limited to: "final sale" items, limited drops, items purchased during sale events, and other items specifically listed on the individual product page as ineligible for return.
Exchanges
We also offer exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be unwashed and unworn with original tags.
